Casa Museo Luciano Pavarotti

Casa Museo Luciano Pavarotti

house-museum-luciano-pavarotti

The residence that ended in 2005 is the place where the Master and his family lived the last years of his life.

The villa is located in the area that he had purchased many years before, in the mid-eighties. In that same area Pavarotti cultivated his great passion for horses, building stables and opening a riding school. Since 1991, for 11 years, Pavarotti has hosted a prestigious show-jumping competition (CSIO), attended by the most famous show-jumpers on the international equestrian circuit.

The House was painstakingly designed following the dictates and directions that the Master himself provided to the architects and technicians who followed its construction. Many details were handmade by artisans (factories, carpenters, carvers, decorators from all over the country) who created unique products following the tenor’s designs.

Even today, the Master’s house reflects in every detail the personality of the one who inspired her, preserves the objects she loved to surround herself with, encloses the memories of her days spent in the company of family, friends, and young students.

The visit to this house will allow you to discover Pavarotti in the most intimate and warm light of his rooms, to approach his memory politely admiring his personal objects, knowing his daily habits, discovering the man of the house left the shoes of the great artist.

You will be able to admire his most famous stage clothes, photos and videos that have punctuated his artistic parable, the countless awards and awards, the memorabilia of a career spanning more than forty years in opera houses around the world.

The visit will begin with the reception of the visitor by the staff of the Luciano Pavarotti Foundation and will continue through the rooms of the house with the help of an audio guide service.
