1. In relation to the processing of personal data subject
has the right:
a) to know, through free access to the register of Article 31, paragraph 1,
letter a) the existence of processing data that may be of concern;
b) to be informed about the meaning of Article 7, paragraph 4, a), b) eh);
c) to obtain from the owner or manager, without delay:
1) confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not
yet registered, and communication in an intelligible form of the same data and
their origin and the rationale and purposes upon which the treatment, the
request may be renewed, unless there are justifiable grounds, with no less
ninety days;
2) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or block of data used in
violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the
purposes for which data were collected or subsequently processed;
3) updating, rectification or, if you have interest, the integration of data;
4) confirmation that the transactions referred to the numbers 2) and 3) have
been notified, including with regard to content, to those to whom the
information was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves
impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
d) to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of
personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
e) to object, in whole or in part, the processing of personal data concerning
him, scheduled for commercial information or sending advertising materials or
direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communications
and interactive to be informed by the owner, not later than when the data is
communicated or disseminated, the possibility of free exercise that right.
2. For each request referred to in paragraph 1 letter c), number 1), may be
asked to, if not confirmed the existence of data concerning him, a fee not
exceeding the costs actually incurred, as manner and within the limits set by
the regulations in Article 33, paragraph 3.
3. The rights referred to in paragraph 1 in relation to personal data on
deceased persons may be exercised by whoever is interested.
4. In exercising the rights referred to in paragraph 1 he can give, in writing,
delegate or attorney to individuals or associations.
5. Remain subject to the rules on secrecy of operators in the occupation of
journalism, limited to the source of news.
